Gustavo was just getting out of his car as he looked up at Rocque Records. It stood proud and true and still beat Hawk Records, the very place that had tried to diminish the pride of his building for years. Many artists had came and went under his leadership, his mentorship, and many more would find their way to him. It just went to show that as time went by he became older and wiser. Suddenly a car screamed past him and he waved his fist at them. "Hey I'm walking here...do I need a sign that says I am? I don't think so...so next time why don't you look where you are going?!" Gustavo really hated drivers sometime, the slow ones ticked him off just as much as the fast ones. It took forever to get to his own work, ugh, if his place were set up anywhere else he could very wall walk there and never miss a beat or new artists that crawled into his office from wherever they had crawled out of. The sun was high up in the sky that day and he found his long sleeve shirt was sticking to his rather hunky form. Yes he knew he had some weight to his body, so what? He didn't view it as a problem...merely a lifestyle he could not give up.
Climbing up the stairs he walked in and nodded his head at his secretary. She was filing her nails, as usual, and he didn't want to humiliate her again, not knowing if she was talking to her mom. He had made her cry so much one time he was brought before her thundering woman, not an easy woman to talk to when her lips were moving a mile a minute. Going to his office he looked at a reminder that he had an appointment with James today. Heaving a sigh he walked in and took a seat, looking professional as he waited for his dog to make his way there.
